Unlocking a Scale Ticket

Steps to Unlock a Scale Ticket in the ScrapIT GUI

  1. Access the Scale Ticket Inquiry

    • Open the ScrapIT GUI.
    • Navigate to the Processing section.
    • Select Scale Ticket Inquiry.

  2. Search for the Scale Ticket

    • Enter the Scale Ticket Number in the inquiry field.

  3. Double-Click to Load the Ticket

    • Once the ticket is found, double-click on it to load the details.

  4. Unlock the Ticket

    • Press the Unlock button to unlock the selected Scale Ticket.
Using the Touchscreen Interface

  1. Access the Unlock Menu

    • Go to the Main Menu on the touchscreen.
    • Select Unlock.

  2. Select Ticket Type

    • Choose either Packing Slip or Scale Ticket based on your needs.

  3. Enter Ticket Number

    • Enter the Scale Ticket or Packing Slip Number in the provided field.

  4. Submit the Request

    • Tap Submit.

  5. Confirm Unlock

    • Accept the dialog box that appears.
    • The ticket is now unlocked and ready for further processing.
